HOW TO USE THE GMT FUNCTION WHILE TRAVELLING

GMT stands for Greenwich Mean Time. This point represents 0 on the international time zone scale.
Example of use while travelling:
If you travel from London to New York at 12:10, you should set the central hour and minute hands to 7:10, as New York is 5 hours behind London, and move the GMT hand to 12:10.
This allows you to easily keep track of the exact time at your place of departure.
Adjustment:
Set the central time to your new destination by unscrewing the crown and pulling it out to position 2.
Move the hour and minute hands until they indicate the desired time.
Then return the crown to position 1 and turn it clockwise to move the GMT hand around the 24-hour scale until it indicates your home time.
