How can I place an order?

Find the perfect product for you and add it to your cart. Then proceed to checkout by entering your personal details, shipping information and payment details.

Which payment methods can I use?

Credit card, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, or PayPal. Payments are processed securely through Stripe Inc.

When will my order arrive?

We work to complete all orders as quickly as possible. Our logistics team begins processing each order on the next business day after it has been received.

You should receive your product within 5 business days. Please note that deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays

How can I track my shipment?

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive your order, please contact us at info@arcaido.com and we will look into the situation.

Will I have to pay import duties?

Your order may be subject to import duties, which are applied when the parcel reaches your country. Import duties are generally around 20% of the total value of the goods. However, this is only a general indication and may vary depending on the destination country.
For more information, please contact your local customs office. Arcaido cannot control and is not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to the goods. The customer is responsible for the payment of any applicable import duties.

Customers purchasing from our European store with a delivery address within the European Union will not be subject to import duties, as products are shipped from our warehouse in Europe.

Do you accept returns?

As an important part of our customer experience, we offer the possibility to return the product within 14 days of delivery.

You will receive a full refund once the product has arrived at our premises and we have verified its condition, including the original box, product, components and accessories.
